As promised, here is the post from my last trip to the mountains. Having few days on my own (kids on holyday for a week!!!) became the best motivation to do something, what would not be possible with our little girls. The target was set very quickly – Austrian Alps and bikes – the best decision! After getting a short advice from one of our friends we have decided to visit Saalbach - Hinterglemm…….the bike paradise!
The good thing about this area is, if you decide to stay in one of the Jocker Card resorts you get plenty of benefits - like free entry to railways - very usefull for biking, public swimming pool, rentals…and many more. We have staid in a great, very family like accommodation – Eggerhof!
Without knowing, we have dumped right in to a three days Dakine Freeride Festival!
It became the right mixture of biking and having fun….and few scratches from my little person of course! Do never use SPD pedals for down hill trailsJ!
